Mentoring
Each year I have the honour of working one-on-one with four people who are wanting to make an outsized contribution to their board.
My four mentoring programs are:-
Be NED:
​
This is a 12 month program, with 21 mentoring calls that focused on how to be a great Non Executive Director. You will select from two tracks: Logistics and/or governance expertise. It coaches you in all aspects of corporate governance at your stage of development. The outcome will be your confidence and power as an effective non-executive.
Getting your first Board position:
This is a six-month program for prospective Directors and Board members mentoring you to achieve the board position best suited to your skills. This program is tailored to your desired Directorship focus; it addresses where to start, your options and how to be successful, as a non-executive Director. See the program detail here:
Be your best on a Board:
A mentoring and coaching program for Directors to identify and understand their roles and responsibilities and their powers and potholes. It discusses board relationships and the importance of your stakeholders. Your up-skilling and continuous learning will also be part of this program, ensuring you are your best on a board.
The Long Game:
Meetings you love with people you enjoy and results you are proud of.
This program, addresses appointed Directors and Board Chairs, discussing and exploring very best practices around building effective boards and committees. The program is designed to enable participants to build great relationships with the CEO and Executives, while also identifying stakeholders and building productive relationships with them. The program addresses how the board sets strategy, strategy development and strategy implementation.
