Governance reviews

This workshop is useful for the Board who has decided to carry out their own  governance review workshop. The program poses the main governance issues common to boards, and it sets up customized working groups of board members to address and resolve their identified governance issues.    

 

Corporate Governance for Directors

This is a comprehensive workshop giving an overview of Directors roles and responsibilities, in legislation and with best governance practices. This workshop addresses conflicts of interests, relationships with each other and with the executives. We analyse recent scandals and learn from them and you will address the importance of strategy setting by the board.

 

Finance for the non-financial director

This is a customised course for board members using the financial statements and annual report of your organisation. At the end of this course you will be able to understand the drivers of your financial results and the link between the management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial statements. You will be able to understand the audit process and your auditors concerns, and be able to add value to Board meeting discussions on accounting disclosures,  forecasts, budgets and commentaries.
